"Kapit ka lang!" a song for John Rendez.

 Dear John Rendez,

I know you are hurting because of Nora's passing however if you can read this, please "Kapit ka lang!".

I know that losing someone is the most difficult challenges we face in life, I should know as it reminds me when my mother pass away in 2019 - the pain and longing never really goes away specially in troubled moments.

Admittedly, the hurt will get better eventually.

You have a lot of fans who are there to support you, to listen to your song, to attend to your wants and even needs, you have a voice that reverberates throughout the universe and importantly you have a family who loves you very much.

Your love for your fans reflects that of Miss Nora Aunor so am sure that the fans will give you the love that you deserve if not today then tomorrow's God perfect time.

Please just hang on, stay humble and grounded like Nora Aunor and then kapit ka lang. Kapit ka lang lalo na sa ating Panginoon. Make God your hiding place.

I would like to dedicated this song I wrote, created and produced to you specially during this difficult time of your life.

 Just like yours truly, Filipino actor, recording artist and painter Mr. Victor "Cocoy" Laurel who sadly passed away June 14, 2025 have also been inspired to paint Nora Aunor as his muse. Cocoy Laurel painting article found today c/o Isidra Reyes.

 The puzzle is coming together slowly but surely. This info solves the question of a Cocoy Laurel painting of Nora Aunor. This blog is dedicated to a great Filipino painter Cocoy Laurel and our beautiful and favorite muse Ms. Nora Aunor.  Did Cocoy Laurel painted Nora Aunor to rival Mona Lisa in 1970? As far as I know, Cocoy Laurel have painted a Nora Aunor portrait about three times.  Click here for info of the three paintings with Nora Aunor as muse by Cocoy Laurel.
