The blog below with a link is a photo of actor John Rendez with the painting in the background. Does this mean that this painting exist and is in the house of Nora Aunor?

May mga news clippings po ba kayo about this painting from the 70's and 80's or whenever?

Una itong nabanggit sa comment ng isang Nora Aunor fan na si Josephine Jahrling that I blogged in this link Another Cocoy Laurel's missing Nora painting?

Josephine; in her comment to the Pinas Unltd video posted this statement below.

"Mayroong painting si Cocoy na naka Maria Clara si AG nuong  late ‘70’s o early 80’s. Naka display iyon sa wall niya sa living room nuon. Am I right?"

I also saw another post from Editha Gabiana with photo of her beside this painting. Here is the photo below. Also in the photo is Jen Morera. They are the kasambahay of Nora Aunor. 




Since few Nora Aunor fans have said that this painting is by Cocoy Laurel, I would like to know the answer to this definitively so if the children of Nora Aunor can read this blog to please contact me if you may. This is a humble message from me.

 Just like yours truly, Filipino actor, recording artist and painter Mr. Victor "Cocoy" Laurel who sadly passed away June 14, 2025 have also been inspired to paint Nora Aunor as his muse. How many times did he painted Nora Aunor?  I am intrigued coz I am a fan of other painters work especially if it is Nora Aunor as muse in a painting. As far as I am aware, Cocoy Laurel might have painted Nora Aunor three times since 1970 till his passing in 2025? Nora Aunor in "Manghuhula" to start shooting, says Mari Cusi.

Ms. Mari Cusi, a number one Noranian, a mover  and organizer of and in several Nora Aunor fans club, and a personal friend to Philippines National Artist for Broadcast and Film Nora Aunor have confirmed that Bong Lozano's "Manghuhula" screenplay will start shooting immediately after Nora's angioplasty. "Sipag talaga ni Ate GUY" says Marie Cusi on her facebook post immediately after the passing of Ms. Nora Aunor on April 16, 2025. "Last April 8, twag sya" confirming that before Nora Aunor went into surgery for Angioplasty, she was asking "sis Marie, pls ask direk Bong when na shoot of Manghuhula this April?" to which Marie replied "Ate Guy, I can ask pero focus ka muna sa Angioplasty mo". Cocoy Laurel painting article found today c/o Isidra Reyes.

 The puzzle is coming together slowly but surely. This info solves the question of a Cocoy Laurel painting of Nora Aunor. This blog is dedicated to a great Filipino painter Cocoy Laurel and our beautiful and favorite muse Ms. Nora Aunor. Sobrang mag-e-enjoy kayo sa mababasa niyo below and ang lakas sobra ng kilig factor nito. By the way, as an aside info, "Kilig factor" is a Filipino phenomenon.
