Nora Aunor is a human being known to for her good deeds. Her intentions are shown in her actions and not in words. She was never a Superstar in essence, she was just a good human being. I think she will be happy for us all if we give our full support and encouragement to the one person who stood by her in her last leg of her worldly journey - I am talking about John Rendez.
After Nora's passing, the focus was on all her family except one person who truly matters to her in the last 35 years of her life when the spotlight have deemed and the friends have dwindled and the money took a break from rolling in - this person is John Rendez.

It is well publicized that Nora Aunor's wishes are for her children to accept John Rendez. It may not be the right time now but I hope and pray that her children will give that to their mother as a lasting legacy - a legacy of forgiveness.
Allow me to dedicated this song "KAPATAWARAN" which is a Christmas song that I plan to release before Christamas 2025. I am in the process of looking for a singer for this song so if anyone is interested to interpret this song, do let me know. Perhaps John Rendez would like to sing this song, if that is the case I would be very honored.
I don't know John Rendez personally however as a close follower and observant of anything Nora Aunor, I feel that John Rendez needs to be supported at this stage of his life. He lost someone very dear to his heart.

I think that Nora Aunor's message with having John Rendez around and sticking it out with him in a platonic relationship is to tell us all, fame does not really matter - what matters is that there is that one person in your life who would stay with you through all the theatres & the troubles, from all the flickering & bickering, from all the triumph and tribulation alike in the greatest pedestal we all call life.
Nora Aunor supported a friend, one which she calls "parang anak ko na yon" in one of her interviews over the years. John is "a friend" she reasons and insisted in another. Perhaps Nora Aunor does not have five (5) children, maybe she really feels that John Rendez is her sixth (6) child. She stated many times in many interviews that John Rendez is a "friend" and "anak" to her.
The ever grateful Nora Aunor have supported all of her family till the very end. She also supported all of her children till the very end. She also supported John Rendez to the very end. She have shown her gratitude by producing "Tomacruz" - produced by Nora Aunor - a tribute. May 23, 2025
Perhaps we all can support John Rendez and say "thank you" to him for taking care and giving life, motivation and a reason to keep going for Nora Aunor to hang on living until time is up.
If Nora Aunor can talk from the grave, I think her message would be "I want you to be strong and succeed John".
