Who designed the dress that Nora Aunor is wearing in the above Cocoy Laurel's "Movie Queen' painting?

Is it an imagination of the painter only?

This dress to me looks very much a style that Pitoy Moreno will create.

Where is this dress now? Nora Aunor wore it in 1971 so it will be 54 years ago.

"Sipag talaga ni Ate GUY" says Marie Cusi on her facebook post immediately after the passing of Ms. Nora Aunor on April 16, 2025.  The puzzle is coming together slowly but surely. This info solves the question of a Cocoy Laurel painting of Nora Aunor. This blog is dedicated to a great Filipino painter Cocoy Laurel and our beautiful and favorite muse Ms. Nora Aunor.
