PRIMITIVO MIJARES REQUIEM sung by Jose Paulo Dela Cruz (Francis Tanseco production)

 I wrote this song and produced it to immortalize the memory of Primitivo Mijares who is one of thousands of Marcos dictatorship victims.

Primitivo Mijares was a Filipino journalist whose awakening cost him his life under the evil Marcos regime.

"Ibalik ang mga ninakaw at hindi ang mga magnanakaw". Primitivo Mijares was a journalist during the time of the Marcos administration who become a whistleblower and exposed the billion dollar corruption of the Marcos couple Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos. Primitivo Mijares disappeared without a trace in 1977. His young child Manuel "Boyet" Mijares who was a mere boy was abducted also during the Marcos regime and eventually found dead in the killing fields of Antipolo, Rizal. Both father and son's death was never given justice along with thousands who died, tortured, disappeared, incarcerated, during the time of the Marcos dictatorship. This song is dedicated to all victims of injustice who in this time of celebration of the birth of Christ is not around anymore to celebrate this special holiday with their families. Such is the horror of the Marcos regime. This song hopes to awaken the spirit of fighting for just cause among


The Filipinos have been hoodwinked with the return of the evil Marcos - Romualdez family to political power. May God Almighty give us DIVINE INTERVENTION and save the Philippines from this evil family by removing them from position of power.

Nora Aunor in "Manghuhula" to start shooting, says Mari Cusi.

Ms. Marie Cusi and "Manghuhula" screenplay. Ms. Mari Cusi, a number one Noranian, a mover  and organizer of and in several Nora Aunor fans club, and a personal friend to Philippines National Artist for Broadcast and Film Nora Aunor have confirmed that Bong Lozano's "Manghuhula" screenplay will start shooting immediately after Nora's angioplasty. "Sipag talaga ni Ate GUY" says Marie Cusi on her facebook post immediately after the passing of Ms. Nora Aunor on April 16, 2025.  The puzzle is coming together slowly but surely. This info solves the question of a Cocoy Laurel painting of Nora Aunor. This blog is dedicated to a great Filipino painter Cocoy Laurel and our beautiful and favorite muse Ms. Nora Aunor.
